End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“End User”, “you”, or “your”) and CRO Forge (“Company”, “Licensor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of our software and services.
By downloading, installing, or using the CRO Forge application, browser extension, or related services (collectively, the “Licensed Application”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not download or use the Licensed Application.
About the Application
CRO Forge is an AI-powered website content testing platform designed to help users test and optimize on-page content such as headlines, subheadings, buttons, CTAs, and other conversion-focused elements.
The platform enables:
- AI-generated content variations
- Goal-based testing (e.g. engagement, clicks, page visits)
- Test creation via a Chrome browser extension
- Test management and performance monitoring via a web-based dashboard
The Licensed Application is intended for general website optimization purposes only and is not designed to meet industry-specific regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. You agree not to use the Licensed Application in any way that would require compliance with such regulations.
Licence Grant and Scope
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to install and use the Licensed Application on devices you own or control, in accordance with this Agreement.
This licence also applies to updates or enhancements provided by CRO Forge unless accompanied by a separate licence.
You may not sell, lease, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or make the Licensed Application available to third parties without our prior written consent.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Licensed Application.
You may create backup copies solely for personal use on devices you control, provided all intellectual property notices remain intact. If you transfer a device, you must remove the Licensed Application beforehand.
Any violation or attempted violation of this licence may result in termination and legal action.
We reserve the right to update or modify licence terms at any time.
You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms when using the Licensed Application.
Technical Requirements
We aim to keep the Licensed Application compatible with supported browsers, devices, and systems, but we do not guarantee ongoing compatibility.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets technical requirements.
Technical specifications may change without notice.
Maintenance and Support
CRO Forge is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Licensed Application.

Third-party platforms or service providers have no obligation to provide support for the Licensed Application.
Data Usage and Privacy
By using the Licensed Application, you acknowledge that we may collect technical and usage data to:
- Operate and improve the platform
- Provide updates and support
- Enhance AI model performance
All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy available at https://croforge.com/. Any collected data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
User Contributions
The Licensed Application may allow you to submit feedback, suggestions, or other materials (“Contributions”). By submitting Contributions, you confirm that:
- You own or have permission to submit the content
- Your Contributions do not violate intellectual property rights
- Your Contributions are lawful, accurate, and non-misleading
- Your Contributions are not abusive, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful
We reserve the right to remove any Contributions that violate this Agreement.
Contribution Licence
You retain ownership of your Contributions. However, by submitting them, you grant CRO Forge a royalty-free, worldwide right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback to improve our products and services, without compensation.
You agree that we are not responsible for any content you submit and waive any claims related to its use.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. For essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from misuse or unauthorised modification of the Licensed Application. You are responsible for maintaining backups.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for personal injury or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
Warranty Disclaimer
We warrant that the Licensed Application is free from known malware at the time of download and substantially functions as described.
No warranty applies if issues arise from misuse, unauthorised modifications, incompatible systems, or external factors beyond our control.
Any defects must be reported to [email protected] within 90 days of discovery.
We may choose to repair, replace, or otherwise remedy verified defects.
Product Claims
CRO Forge is solely responsible for handling claims related to:
- Product liability
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Consumer protection or privacy concerns
Legal Compliance
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to embargoes or sanctions and are not listed on restricted or prohibited party lists.

Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate your licence immediately if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Licensed Application.
Third-Party Terms
You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the Licensed Application. Third-party beneficiaries may enforce relevant provisions of this Agreement.
Intellectual Property
In the event of an intellectual property claim, CRO Forge will be solely responsible for the defence, settlement, or resolution of such claims related to the Licensed Application.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Australia, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. Amendments must be made in writing. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CRO Forge regarding the Licensed Application.
